Refund policy

YAYA Alchemy Return & Refund Policy
Because our granola is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, we want you to love your YAYA!
  • At the Farmers Market: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, bring your YAYA product back to our booth within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • On Shopify: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are unhappy with it, please contact us at info@yayaalchemy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
